Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers small but fair rooms suitable for hard skiers who spend less time indoors. The price is affordable, but the rooms are cramped and located on the 4th floor without an elevator. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests. The location is wonderful, with easy access to the center of Ortisei and the cable cars to the Dolomites. The dining options are good with a variety of dishes, though the buffet may not suit those with smaller appetites.
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed. The room was very nice and cozy - perfect for a single traveler like myself on the 4th floor. However, the room was a little bit too small. The service was incredible; the lifts up to the mountain were very pleasant, making everything convenient. The location was ideal for exploring Val Gardena, with easy access to the center of Ortisei and the cable cars for hiking in the Dolomites. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options, though the buffet wasn't up to par with my preferences. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room size issues.
